Although I did not get a reply from the emails I sent them to let them know of the delay, I asked that a packed breakfast be prepared for us. "The hotel was conveniently placed for going to the Louvre ( book before you go and queue) we had a nice clean room. The bath didn’t drain so easily our only issue. The room was tended to daily. It was noisy outside in the morning, nothing anyone could do about that but if it’s an issue for you beware. "

"Our stay was amazing. We had a garden room and it was peaceful. We loved the spa especially after walking all day. The hotel was pure luxury. The staff were kind, helpful and welcoming. We didn’t want to leave. "

"The room was a bit small but for the price, I can't really complain. The convenience to transportation was the best part of the local. Just a five minute walk to the Gare de L'est Metro. Took about 45-50 minutes to get to the airport."
