Nice pool and room. Breakfast included with room booking. Our child ate free. Hallways and elevators weren’t up to par. Carpets very soiled. Told about $100 deposit last minute, told later that it would come right back to the account. It’s been a week and we are being told 30 days now??? Never been asked for a hotel deposit in our history of travels. (paid for room in advance) The Sunday morning staff in restaurant area were extremely humble and kind/deserve acknowledgment, a bonus and an opportunity to teach other staff about hospitality. Room cleaning staff were very kind/curious as well. Ice maker on our floor was busted. This was an Expedia order so when I asked for a receipt confirming no additional charges upon check out I was told I can’t get one/refer to my Expedia receipt. We barely slept due to a very loud crew on the 3rd floor. This was our son’s 13th bday get away. Counter staff were professional but cold.

For example, if Apple Pay was used, the process may take 10 to 14 days, whereas cash deposits can take up to 30 days to be refunded.This is why we strongly recommend avoiding the use of Apple Pay or cash for transactions, as these methods tend to have extended processing times. Please be assured that the hotel releases the hold on your account immediately upon checkout. However, the time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account is solely dependent on your financial institution’s policies. Thank you for your understanding.

We never had our room serviced and we were gone from 0900 to 6pm. I went to the front desk upon our return and they said sorry no housekeeping was working and they gave clean towels. Nothing else.

From check in to departure the staff is super friendly. The room was super clean. The television was grand . The bathroom is white white . It is worth every dollar spent .

The lady in the. cafeteria needs some help during the busy times. She was doing everything by herself during breakfast: taking orders, getting the dishes, cleaning tables. The people at the reception desk were nice and courteous.
