I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere in the lobby is very welcoming. They have a coffee shop, bar, and sit down dining for meals. The room itself was clean and the beds & pillows were super comfortable. The thermostat adjusted quickly to whatever temp I set it to. The showers were nice and the water pressure is good. They have complimentary BIG bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash mounted to the walls. Would definitely use them again or recommend to anyone traveling to Norfolk.

Requested facecloths for next day but was told none were available. The metal supports for the bedframe was showing. This made the bed look like something from a low end motel. I was double charged for the room but was told my debit card was declined. The chicken dinner was dry and tasteless.

The toilet did not flush.The t.v cable was not working.

The hotel was spacious and staff kind and thoughtful. My room was comfortable and clean, but there were several maintenance issues in my sister's room, such as a running toilet, noisy refrigerator, and other minor issues. Whatever was used to clean her bathtub made it impossibly slippery. Food was good, but the dining room a bit understaffed at breakfast. Overall a good stay, great staff, perhaps some attention needed to the rooms.
