I booked 2 units of the Premium Suite at the Nurbayu Chalet for a 1 night stay on 13 Jul 2024. However, I was given the Nurbayu Guesthouse as replacement as all units have been taken up.
Overall the conditions of the Nurbayu Guesthouse is not satisfactory.

i already paid online but the properties told it already full booking and no more room for me and familys ask me to make refund from expedia
