"On one of the day my room was not cleaned,i asked the guy and he said i did not inform him,i told him it should be the other way around,if i inform him not to clean then there is no need to clean otherwise he should clean.Maybe the management should put the label slider or a hanger on the door to indicate if cleaning of the room is required. Other than that,not much issues,room and toilet is small but i took the standard room and for the price,there is no complaints.There is only one coffee shop...

"Wanted to flag that the toilet really needs a proper cleaning. It’s not okay to see crusty buildup in the sink, toilet bowl, and around the edges. The pools are dirty too, everything needs a thorough clean. Check-in was smooth, the surroundings were lovely, and the beach was absolutely amazing."

"The Hotel and Staff are fabulous especially Mukrim who went way beyond to help us go the different attractions A small positive feedback Please have some brochures in the lobby or room to help us decide on the different places The turtle sanctuary The Fireflies The Batik Village The places and prices will be helpful "

"This place was amazing. Private beach for the hotel stay, gorgeous pools- including infinity pool. Staff amazing and the room had an amazing view. I think all rooms have great views, our room was right near the pools so easy to walk to restaurant, beach. Recommend! "
