Needs improving!

First of all it is wrongly advertised in your website. It say there is free wifi, but not in the rooms. The only available WiFi is in the common areas downstairs. This makes it difficult if you want to work remotely without distractions from reception and other clients. Higyene was poor. Broken tiles on floor. Paid for breakfast, but did not receive the full complimentary buffet for all the days I have stayed.

The room was not very clean the time we came in. We call the staff and they gave the very best.they were very kind and happy to give us their best

Staff is kind and helpfull,but outside the studio is very dark. It is a must to change the lights with sensor!

The restaurant is in the basement. The floor in the apartment was without carpet which is so uncomfotable. From the hotel they knew that there will be no water on next day but nobody told us. It is allmost impossible to reach the reception or somebody by the phone before arriving.
