Reserved 2 queen bedroom, got two twin beds. Tad uncomfortable. Front desk was extremely difficult to communicate with. WiFi was not easy either. Needed two levels of help which front desk was unable to grasp. We loved our stay there 6 months ago. This time, was no picnic and not as relaxing. The food and service at restaurants were excellent.

The stay was very good. The ambience was perfect. A special shoutout to Chef Ravi and Shradha for taking care of all our small needs and requests. We will definitely revisit the resort again in future.

Lovely place to stay!

This was our first time in India! Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and checked in on us regularly. They even helped us coordinate with the airport when our baggage was lost! The room was bright and airy and clean! They provided ample water in the room and replenished it each day! We visited the restaurant several times and it was delicious every time. The spa was relaxing and lovely, we got massages.if we needed a taxi they helped us get one, even from the airport to the hotel when we first arrived via e-mail! Overall they made us feel very welcome in a new place! Thank you, Malika & Nithin for all of your help throughout our stay!

Sheraton stay was lovely and special for a lot of reasons!! Although the beachfront rooms are not a thing here, kids would love this property - it has a gorgeous lawn for kids to play and nice outdoor play area! My 4 year old and 1 year old had lots of fun here. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable all the time. Food was delicious as well. I would definitely recommend this property for families especially with toddlers / younger kids.
