Property well maintained. Staff are very courteous. Very good breakfast with a good spread.

The air conditioner in the rooms needs cleaning and maintenance, some of us got a very bad cough and sore throat from it and had to switch it off.
Buffet breakfast was very good and the dining room staff were also helpful and attentive.

The best part are the staff. They are amazing and nothing is too much work.
Room service went over and above when my dad was unwell and did it with a smile.
The concierge and FOM are friendly and exceptionally helpful. The concierge even bought me some organic hair colour on his own time after work!! The buffet breakfast of 50 items is fantastic and the staff are only too happy to make you anything from local dishes to eggs anyway, to pancakes or waffles if you need additions to their already large buffet.
This is my second stay here and I will return. Thank you.

Found it very clean. Staff throughout the hotel were attentive and friendly. Good central location in the city. Enjoyed my stay!
