Initially the checkout time said 24 hrs now they are asking to checkout in 13 hrs which is unacceptable

Worst hotel experience ever

Worst hotel experience ever. Very old building with zero maintenance. Looks like a godown. Rooms, hallway, restroom and everything else is dirty and smelly. Don’t ever stay in this hotel.

Very old, dirty and unmaintained property.photos posted in the site is very misleading may be taken10 years back. Not even WIFI facilities there. Very disappointed

Only air-conditioning was working...!!! Bad choice

I was completely disappointed with this hotel. They didn't provide whatever they offered online. Condition of the hotel was very bad. There was a digging work under process just in front of the hotel which was blocking the hotel entrance. They have made a temporary bridge to cross and rich the hotel door. We can understand that this digging work at the entrance would be a temporary problem but when you enter the hotel you will understand immediately that you have chosen the very wrong hotel. There is no enough lighting in the lobby, lack of cleanliness, no enough staff, "no breakfast" Which was included in the charges, no packaged water available, "No WiFi" ( they told me that hotel Wi-Fi connection is disrupted due to digging work in front of the entrance), TV was working but sound was TV sound was cracking they fixed it later. room was small compared to pictures they showed, Fortunately AC was working.....!!!! Only good thing happened with me here is they gave me early check-in (on 24 hours check-in basis with 2 hours grace time for late check-out). I paid 1796 INR which is way too high for airconditioned room with just a bed....!!! The hotel denied me to give a printed bill saying: "you paid online to hotels.com, we can't give you the bill"...!!!

Stayed here twice. Helpful staff, great food and clean and comfortable rooms. Stayed in the suite both times and it was really nice. Will be staying there again for sure.
