The property is nice, however it was unclean, the sheets were stained, the room were not cleaned properly, there were cigarettes buds on the floor. It was supposed to be a non smoking room. The shower was not working. The lift does not work. The staff is not professional and lacks customer service experience. This property needs an overhaul and better support staff.

There was no one to listen to our problems.There are young boys as staff ,they are not at all interested in giving any service.They send breakfast to your room at their own convenient time and the quantity is not enough so on and so forth.Thank god I just booked it for two days and then I shifted to another property as i had to stay in Bangalore for total 7 days.

I was on my way to the property and to my surprise no one was picking the call and then I saw a message that they just cancelled my reservation...BAD ...PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANY OF THESE ITSY PROPERTY

The location of the property is is at a good location, central Velachery but not too close to the noise and traffic. But, The property needs to be maintained a little better. Rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned properly, there was a lot of dust and dirt everywhere, had to clean it ourselves.
