Overall hotel is good, doesn’t really look like the pictures though! A little tired now in rooms and the outside especially the pool area. Be good if offered food/drink service when relaxing at the pool. Good choice of restaurants in the hotel. Staff seem a little disjointed in knowing about the facilities the hotel offers. Overall good, but would be great with a few improvements.

It was a great and pleasant experience here at ITC Grand Chola. I would definitely come back here for their amenities, hospitality and more importantly food options.

Very hospitable staff . Excellent comfortable stay . Kaamini went out of her way to help my mother to get her medicines from the pharmacy.

Ive stayed at this hotel twice. Both were relatively long stays (2 weeks, then 3 weeks) and I had a superb experience both times. The staff is extremely helpful and they are happy go out of their way to ensure your comfort.
I got sick last time I was here, they sent the on-call doctor in the middle of the night.
I refuse to stay anywhere else in Chennai. The ITC Grand Chola has become my home away from home.
