Very bad service
Posted 24 Jun 2023 on Hotels1st impression. No one to greet at arrival. There was only one thin guy who addresses guest by "yeah, what u want? Bad language and attitude. Shocking. No basic manners. Then the rest is history. The ambience. The staffs carry the same attitude.
In the Room, there is No basic toiletries like dental kit and room slippers and even tissue box provided. When called housekeeping they said rudely its only provided upon request.
In the bathroom, the tap is 30cm above the sink which is plate shaped which causes water to splash on us whenever we try to wash hands. Never seen such a design in any hotels we stayed so far.
Breakfast - most importantly guests must understand that this hotel is a vegetarian hotel. There is not even egg provided during breakfast. Very limited bfast options.
I would never recommend anyone to tbis hotel.

Great Hotel in a popular Mall
