I feel totally ripped off
Posted 28 Jul 2019 on HotelsI feel ripped off by the hotel. I already paid $500 per night. They tricked me to pay extra $200 per night to upgrade to a two bedroom apartment. After two nights I figured out that it’s cheaper and more comfortable to get two standard rooms. This request was declined by hotel staff. The reason they gave me is that they cannot make changes to online order. I guess they can only make one-way change: upgrade only, no downgrade. On top of that I here is no free breakfast for a $700 plus per night hotel.
