The staff was quick to help during check in and check out, but upon arrival, the rooms were very cold. Why? Because the windows and doors were left wide open for every room on each floor. It did not feel safe walking into my room when it was propped open by the luggage rack. How about if someone was in there?

Very nice staff. Help me call taxi when I missed the shuttle. And I do not need to pay for it.

Very clean, comfortable room. Very good breakfast buffet. Had to ask someone to call for airport shuttle because I didn’t have international phone access. Would have been easier if there was a what’s app connection so that I could have called with WiFi. Staff very accommodating and helpful for my travel partner who had lost her luggage.

No A/C, No English, Far from Airport
Posted 7 Oct 2019 on HotelsBreakfast was great, staff were kind but NO A/C and they tried to tell me this was normal with no apologies! No one speaks english. Its really far from the airport (20+ minutes drive!) and it was super hard to find the shuttle. If you dont speak Chinese forget it. I got in really late at night and it was 27 degrees celcius and the only blanket was super thick so the only reason I got the hotel was to sleep and that didnt happen. They would give me any consolation and were very rude about it.

We are terrible sorry to hear your stay was not a favorable experience.Our hotel is close to the airport and offers pick-up and drop-off service.In addition to the peak hours of commuting, the rest of the time is about 12~15 minutes from the airport to the hotel,shopping mall, entertainment and leisure venues are all around the hotel. The weather in Chengdu during your stay is very cool. Considering the temperature demand of most of the guests and the cold weather to avoid the guests falling asleep late at night, the central air conditioning of the hotel is currently unified into a ventilation mode, which brings you Inconvenience, please understand and be tolerant.We sincerely recommend that if you feel the room temperature is not comfortable, you can directly reflect your problem to our hotel's manager on duty so that we can do our best to make improvements.We look forward to exceeding expectations on your next stay.
