我们check in 比较晚, 是半夜. 前台工作人员没有提醒我们早上有免费的早餐, 在我们询问如何从酒店去成都市区的交通方式时, 他也没有告诉我们酒店每天上午有一趟去锦里的班车（这是我们在第二天上午check out的时候才得知的, 但那时我们已经错过了这个班车）. 感觉前台人员的服务还有很大提高的空间.

Great room near shuangliu airport. Skip the dinner
Posted 8 Jun 2024 on HotelsThe room was great. Nothing to complain about. The hotel banquet however was disappointing. I paid ¥105 for the dinner close to 8pm and the food was almost all gone. Drinks and dishes were left unfilled. Food was cold. Would not recommend the dinner service.

This is my first time booking a hotel in China but I am not disappointed at all. Staff were very welcoming and did their best to assist me. The food was good (they had both Chinese and western options). The room was big. They did their best to assist me in English even when I could understand some Chinese and I very much appreciated it. I am very pleased with my stay.
