The staff were great and Roy, the manager, was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room (suite) was wonderful and had all the amenities we could want. The property is located in a quiet section only a block or so away from many restaurants and shopping. Transportation by bus was nearby and the trains were within a short bus ride. We would gladly stay there again.

Loved the stylish Italian design and the Amalfi Suite layout. It felt luxurious. It was also really centrally located just off thr high street. It was very comfortable.
We had a couple of basic cleaning issues, which were not corrected during the stay, which has resulted in us not giving 5⭐️ for everything.

Posted 12 Aug 2024 on HotelsJust returned from a long weekend in Cheltenham and stayed here in the tuscany suite. Was great value for money and would love to come back again.
Booking was easy and updates / information prior to the booking was good.
On the day we were waiting to check in, got a nice courtesy call giving us all the information we needed for our room and that the air con had been left on to cool the room.
We found the hotel easily enough and the apartment did not disappoint. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and tidy and the bed / furniture was nice quality and comfortable.
Location was perfect and was a short walk to the brewery quarter and town centre.
Would recommend to anyone and will hopefully be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was ideal; the apartment facilities were great; and it felt very safe with the front lobby. Just needed the curtain fixing in our apartment. Good communications prior to our arrival.

Posted 21 Jun 2024 on Hotelsthere was a few things that let the property down in our opinion. dirty cups on arrival. doors ti bedroom needed re painting aa there are scratched whilst the sofa is fashionable its its not very comfortable and very low to the ground. my husband had to sit at the dinning table as he couldn't get out of the sofa.
bathroom was clean shame about the large boken tiles around the bathtub.
was good to have milk in the fridge on arrival.
didn't get entrance code till the morning we went and was told when i checked in it would arrive via email the day before. when i rang i could get an answer and was constantly being cut off
the bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.
there was a lovely glass coffee table in front of sofa but we moved it so we didn't hurt our self walking through the apartment at night.
