Beautiful historic hotel in the centre of Cheltenham within easy walking distance of everything central

The hotel has a wonderful aspect and location in town.
Internally, it lived up to expectations. Food was good, staff helpful and pleasant and the room comfortable and quiet.

The staff was excellent, especially the restaurant and bar staff. So pleasant and efficient.

An old property that’s trying it’s best… some great bits like the bathroom. Bit dark and a foists smell in the corridors and main rooms. Good quality breakfast. During our stay we had a day with no hot water…not ideal. The £15 a day parking charge felt a bit steep.
