Very comfortable room (King). Lovely facilities in the fitness suite and spa, the only downside was the cold showers in the changing rooms.

I was checked into another residents room, he and a friend were both in the room when I walked in which was extremely embarrassing.

Room needs a deep clean. Hot tub frothing with thick foamy layer.

Property is undergoing maintenance and was not advertised at time of booking.
Hotel in general was good, excellent service, facilities and breakfast. Room in need of a refurb. Hopefully that’s part of the ongoing maintenance work.

This is a perfectly located property to visit Cheltenham.
The facilities are great and the staff very welcoming.
The breakfast was fantastic!

This was obviously a very good hotel previously, and probably will be again once its renovation has been completed, but at the moment the 21st century isn’t its friend… principally, the lack of a lift (which doesn’t seem to be mentioned anywhere in its publicity) is a pretty significant drawback. That aside, staff are great…

This is a really good choice if you’re looking to go somewhere with your dog, but also want the perks of staying in a fully equipped Hotel.
