Hotel is good, except two staff members can use retraining in customer service.
The hotel is clean and has good ADA accommodations in comparison to other hotels in the area. My father-in-law has very limited mobility and is a wheelchair user, and the ADA bathroom in the hotel was excellent.
Unfortunately, Brooklyn and Alex could use additional coaching and reminding that they’re in the hospitality business. For instance, the WIFI was down since 4am, and when my spouse inquired about it around noon, Brooklyn appeared annoyed and dismissed it as her [cell phone] WiFi was “working” and returned to scrolling on her cell phone. No mention on whether she or someone would look into it. I contacted corporate because of their attitude and dismissal of the issue. Fortunately, Annika stepped up and addressed the issue and remained an absolute professional.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay, especially regarding the Wi-Fi issue. I completely understand your frustration, and I regret that our response did not meet your expectations.We did experience an unexpected Wi-Fi outage from approximately 9 am to 12:30 pm, while our maintenance team was installing our new TV system, and Brooklyn and I were both actively working with our maintenance team to resolve it as quickly as possible. I’m sorry if Brooklyn's response when you inquired about it felt dismissive or unhelpful. That was certainly not her intention. We unfortunately don't know there's an issue until someone reports it and noon was the first report we had about the Wi-Fi not working. Regarding Annika, she did follow the instructions I provided to address the issue once it was reported, and I’m glad that the matter was resolved to your satisfaction. I appreciate your patience as we worked to restore the service.As a gesture of goodwill, we applied a discount to your stay to help address the inconvenience, and I truly hope it helped make up for some of the frustration.Once again, I apologize for the challenges you faced, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I hope we can welcome you back in the future and provide a much more seamless experience.

We have stayed at this property on two different trips. We would recommend. Clean and nice staff.

Staff very helpful and professional made check in easy with no problems, I had 3 extra people from when I booked plans changed, they made things easy and not stressful at all. Would book and stay again!

Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. Our room was upgraded with a jet tub, but we didn’t use it. Breakfast was pretty good too.

The staff were super nice and had complementary breakfast which was great since my partner and I were heading on the road early. Definitely coming back if I’m in the area again

Time and time again Best Western plus beats any Marriott. I keep picking Marriott’s and then end up being disappointed! Save money AND get a better experience with BW!
