"We had a lovely stay. Quiet neighborhood with parking right out front. Easy access to the Medina - the staff arranged a taxi for us which showed up within minutes. Breakfast was the best we've had on our entire trip. Staff were lovely, gracious, took care of us, helped me with laundry, gave us advice. Beautiful rooftop to enjoy tea and breakfast. Rooms are big and comfortable. Amazing hot shower. Slippers in the room were a great touch. "

We were offered two rooms (for a total of 4 people) instead of one familyroom (for 5 people) of which one room had no airconditioning. The owner was very shorttempered and blamed us, because, according to him, we booked too late. The owner also smoked at the reception while communicating with customers. "This property is hard to find so pay a guy when you get out of your taxi 10 diraham to help find it, it’s worth it. The staff were new but helpful. The Essaouira room had character but no view. It is December and there is no heat so it is very cold. The upstairs balcony view is absolutely stunning and makes this hotel a 5 star. Breakfast was delicious and the woman who served us is very kind. "
