Very clean and convenient thank you. However terrible if you want a good night's sleep. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything in the room next door. I was woken repeatedly and ended up leaving at 8am on Sunday morning to escape.

Thank you for your comment, clean guesthouse. we do try to keep a very good standard. The noisey person next door, we are sorry, they do come along every blue moon, and if you were hear two nights he would have been told.

Basic en suite accommodation
Posted 9 Sep 2023 on HotelsInformation on the website is misleading. There is no restaurant on site and no breakfast was available. The place is on the market, so that may be why dining is not offered. Room small and clean with shower in bedroom, good location, only suitable for a one night stopover.

Easy one night accommodation in a single room . Convenient property in a nice area close to Cheadle . Own front door so felt private . Room is basic but clean . Easy to park car and helpful owner who called me a taxi . Easy to check in and out . Reasonably priced ,

Excellent stay

Very disappointed needs a refresh
Posted 29 Apr 2023 on HotelsSo I booked this accommodation for a 5 night stay as I was on a course. I have to say I was very disappointed with the accommodation overall. The room was very small with a toilet and sink in a seperate room, the shower was in the bedroom. WiFi was non existent. 1 night stay maybe ok any longer I wouldn't bother. It was clean but in need of modernisation. I was originally going to stay a second week but I was that depressed in the small room in week 1 I couldn't bring myself to stay there again.
