Tv was absolutely horrible. No reception, no cable channels. Internet shut off and on constantly

Most of the guests are Chinese.Everything there is written in Chinese. It did not feel like I sas in Thailand, it felt like I was visting China. That said, the room was nice though a bit dated. They demanded a 1000 BHT cash deposit even though I booked it will a credit card. The had me wait while they checked the room before the returnes the cash to me at checkout… I found that part off putting. The lobby chandeliers wew beutiful.

Good hotel with friendly and helpful staff

The hotel itself is in a good location with convenient transport links. The main issue we had in the hotel was the coachloads (20+) of tourists which made it very difficult to use the lifts and move around the hotel. We had some issues with the WiFI and AC however the Manager went out of her way to ensure the issues were resolved, thank you so much!

The breakfast buffet in the morning is very good. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms too. I recommend everyone to stay in the hotel

water leaks on my bed. cockroaches in the room. sink leaking. toilet seats dirty. Staff at reception unfriendly and don't understand anything about getting another room. This is the worst hotel of my life that I travel. I find it strange how they have 5 stars. this hotel is never for me again.

The location was nice, just beside the MRT. The room was great, however the design could be better. eg. there is one bed side table and no powerpoint located at the side table. Limited sound proofing, we were awaken a few times by the door closing of other rooms. The noise level by the aircon compressor is quite unbearable. The clothes hangers provided can only hang shirt but not pants. Only 1 chair in the room ( yes, there was a sofa ) but when we order in for meals, one person would have no place to sit. The structure of the hotel is very long, hotel phone operator / receptionists do not pick up the phone, so we have to go downstairs for any inquiries. Hotel guests were sleeping in the lobby sofa, this is really unacceptable for a 5 star hotel as indicated in Expedia's website. Service crew at the counter definitely requires more training on customer service.
