The room was very clean and the bed and chairs very clean. The breakfast was wonderful! We enjoyed this stay, and out of the many hotels we have tried, this hotel was outstanding!

Everything about this place was great. I just didnt like the bed but otherwise everything was convenient, clean and staff was great.

We booked to stay on 10/25/2024 and upon arrival at 10:30pm no one at the desk was to located. After waiting I was told by multiple people in the lobby who were waiting for their room to be ready that they were cleaning the rooms and not sure if they will have enough rooms. We already paid for the room and received confirmation the room would be ready at 3pm. We have three smalls kids and needed to get them in bed so we had no choice to find another hotel.

Hello , From my understanding , Yes unfortunately you had to wait as my front desk agent had to unexpectedly clean a room , However you only waited for about twenty minutes then were checked into your room with zero issues going forward. I sincerely do apologize about the issue , However I'm pleased to know we were able to accommodate you. Thank you
