the original room had stains all over the couch. Staff changed room but still felt dirty

Staff and facility were clean, efficient and quiet. Pool area was clean and inviting. The bathroom had a simple accent wall and light/mirror that made the kids happy. The only complaint is that the location is somewhat hidden behind a drive behind some kind of other businesses, so it's a little weird getting to and sitting back behind some kind of manufacturing company(ies).

Had some issues with the bathroom smell coming out from the drainage shower, I believe. Also the carpets in stairs were nasty and they could do a better job cleaning them, the staff were nice at least and location was great

One of the worst places I’ve stayed. Breakfast was ok. Toilet seat broken, walls peeling and carpets nasty.

The property was okay but I don’t recommend. Bathrooms weren’t clean pubic hairs everywhere, sheets had stains, no kids channels on the tv, the elevator needs serviced very loud rumbling and shaking at every floor. Breakfast, & staff were the only pleasant thing about this hotel.
