The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable and with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious.

We got in late. The tv didn’t work. They charged us for the room again after we had paid for it. It caused a hospital bill not to go thru for lack of funds. We were refunded. I had to deal with the hospital bill.

Need to replace the stain riddled bedspread in room 120. Makes one wonder how well the linens are laundered along with general cleaning and sanitizing practices.
