We were on a road trip from Chicago to Florida and needed a bed overnight. After booking and paying online with Expedia, we were told at check-in there was an additional $25 pet fee. For the price we would have opted for another hotel. The room had an entry door issue and we struggled each time we entered to get into the room due to a sticky door latch and tight door frame. Mattress and especially pillows were very uncomfortable! Would pick a different hotel next time.

Everything was fine until we found a cockroach in the bathroom. The front desk staff didn't seem surprised or concerned. That was disappointing.

Our heater made an unbelievably racket when operating, enough so that we could not sleep. We shut off the wall heater and slept in our street clothes and Winter coats. Also there was animal kibble along the adfoining room door and in the corner next to the heater. Also human hair n the bsthroom sink when we first entered the room. This was our fourth tome staying with you times two coming to Florids in Januarys and returning to Chicagoland end of April. We were happy to see the he nee flooring though. Room 122. We texted the heater problem to you as requested in the text you sent gor checknin comments to no avail. Never teceived a response.
