There was some kind of brown substance on the back of the bathroom door. Don’t know what it was, but it was gross. The air conditioner did not work that well overall the room is really outdated. Also at check in they tried to make me pay a $200 deposit which it said nothing about in the listing on Expedia. He tried to call me a liar and say that yes it does even when I tried to show him. He went on to say everybody else around there charged a deposit, but I’ve stayed at other places around there and they did not charge a deposit and I told him that. In the end because I threatened to call Expedia and cancel my stay, he didn’t charge me the deposit. But I will not be staying here again you can find nicer places around for $10 or so more, I would rather pay the extra than deal with all of that again.

Dear guestSorry for any inconvince during your stay, Air conditioner was repalce in June 2024 since then any guest stayed in has not mentioned about not working also upon checking after its mentioned it is working in good order. We do have a policy for requirement of deposit mentioned on Expedia under "Policy" section, also it is displayed in writing in lobby, I was at desk served you and i only ask for 50.00 dollar deposit, which we request upon check in because many guest book on line and pay online, therefore we don't have any of your credit card information for incidental charges.
