I can say without a doubt this is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed. Staff incredibly welcoming and top notch. The guys at the valet were awesome, quick, and efficient. Would definitely stay here anytime we are visiting Chattanooga.

Truly enjoyed our stay, the room was spotless and we really appreciated the layout of the suite. The front desk and valet were pleasant and helpful.

Would stay here again, but the check was terrible. The music was so loud you couldn’t hear without shouting and the man behind the counter was very rude.
Place is clean and convenient, and the valet parking is nice but not necessary as the lot is literally right in front. Comfortable beds, but shower not clean-still had hair in it from previous guest.

The staff was outstanding! Valets, wait staff, barre sets, front desk and housekeeping. All were very friendly. Super clean and walkable hotel downtown. We will be staying here next time!
