The general cleanliness was bad and the bedding was not changed between users. A Bluetooth ear piece was found in the bed along with dirty feet and stains on the pillows. Carpet is atrocious when walked on in white socks.

Bedding had not been changed. Floors dirty and genetal cleanliness horrible. Staff apologetic but terrible experience.

I did not like repeatedly being told when the remote for tv did not work and when I drove all day o lay to be told an hour before checkin that I could no t check in, ‘you made reservations with a 3rd party not Hilton’ and there was no help to be found because ‘I reserved through a 3rd party’. It makes me not want to use Expedia anymore and reserve directly through chain.
