Property is the best beachfront location for the price. Very clean. Beach is literally outside your front door and so easily accessible. Rooms were very clean. A 5 minute drive to Main Street Chatham with so many restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

Lovely view and layout. Some outdated items in room and not enough plugs for phone etc. tv is hard to watch where located.

The location is conveniently located to downtown. The views are calming and beautiful. The staff are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend the Hawthorne.

This place was perfect for our trip. Great view of the ocean and within walking distance to downtown Chatham. The owners were so hospitable and our room was perfect. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. We will absolutely be back.
