I had my 50th birthday party there me an my family and friends booked a room for the night.it was freezing cold the room smelt of damp couldn’t sleep as it was 2cold I’m very disappointed especially all the money I had spent.also the chicken wasn’t cooked properly I’m actually fuming about this

This hotel is really dated and overpriced for what it is. We had a family room which had not been updated in decades. The bathroom was grimy the paint was falling off the walls and ceilings, the fixtures were from the stone ages. The beds were rock hard, the duvet cover was torn and the pillows were old and worn. We only had 1 mug and no spoons to make a hot drink. We had no remote control for the TV and when I asked reception for one they brought one that did not work so I asked for a working one several times but was never given one. They ‘breakfast’ was terrible the ‘hot food’ was undercooked and the coffee was disgusting and they just had some watered down OJ, really not good at all. The car park was at the back of the hotel down some very unsafe flights of uneven broken concrete stairs and the area was very poorly lite so did not feel safe whatsoever. I would never stay in this hotel again.

Room was very basic. Very few staff around. Shower was broken. Just generally felt run down.

The room was bad, had no heating. I had 2 workers come to my door complaining about noice when my son and i were asleep. Also i asked them if they could sort my radiator as the room was freezing cold. They said they were going to be back in 2-3 minutes. They didn’t end up coming back so i went to reception to see both of the men sat at the desk casually talking. I asked him if he was going to do it and he gave me a small heater that didn’t even work! so i had to go back down. There was small bits of mold in the room, the sink was cracked, the bath wasn't even clean as there were small hairs all over it with missing caps for the bubble blower in it and my bedding was damp, the tv also didn’t work properly. Also the hotel must have rats aswell as there were multiple rat traps all around inside the hotel which is very appetising if your sat down eating and see that.

Arranged car park from 16:00 to 08:00 in the morning only as their is not accessible. After the ours you have to move the car and look for parking at your own expense. The Hotel stinks.

Cheap hotel which is reflected in the facilities and cleanliness of the rooms. My room had Staines all over the carpet. My dad's room had his bathroom shower flooded as we think the plug hole was blocked. But at the end of the day it was the cheapest option in the area,

When we got there everything was fine until next morning the girl on front desk was very fade and unhelpful about information and was interested but room was fine and nice view where were in room 110
