the bed is very uncomfortable. the swimming pool was closed. Water is running low in the shower.

nice property basic but good staff,clean comfortable rooms and the buffet breakfast far exceeded expectations..

Had a lovely stay, spacious and clean room.
Easy access to Rochester but a little way out.

The hotel staff as such are plesant and good.
The hotel rooms need a bit of servicing and the broken toilet seat, no hot water in sink, and wobbly broken beds (twin beds) can be looked after better.
The pool is good and well maintained with nice temperature.
But changing rooms can be better.
Booked for half board and due to change in menu or restaurant or what ever they kindly offered me to choose from regular menu a starter and main instead of 3 course as per bookong - which i understand is fine considering the prices on the menu. But God it took nearly 3 hours to get my food every night and inhave remind the waitresses every day for my food, while all other guests getting their orders and finishing... so inhad to spend 3hrs each night and looking around people walking in and out finishing their dinners and this repeated for 4 nights. Not entirely sure why its just my order is delayed every night, even for a simple chicken burger.
So not sure how to rate the service.
Overall it kind of destroyed my self esteem and felt insulted repeatedly, can only hope its not intentional, but believe i am shameless and thought i paid for my stay and continued there... finally the ordeal is over 🙏

The hotel was generally very nice, the room is small and the bed barely sleeps 2 adults. There was a large wet patch on the carpet near one of the night tables. We found the water pressure in the shower to be virtually useless as you had to move around to get wet. Not what we would have expected from a Holiday Inn. Our room looked at to a court yard which was unkept and over grown. The steam room and hot tub by the pool area were not working at the time of our visit. The breakfast was excellent along with the bar area .

Hotel had a good location for work, but the surrounding area is not very desirable. Room was comfortable and clean, water was warm not hot, service in the evening restaurant was slow and half the menu was unavailable. Food itself was average. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
