Really bad place to stay in the winter. Worst customer service and no breakfast included for a deluxe room.

Hotel was beautiful
Staff lack of accommodation to my stay and check inn was not what in step with the hotel

Location, service, food, and amenities are all top notch. The complimentary limo service needs extra mention as it was impeccable: brand new cars, local drivers, fast and reliable.

Lovely October stay, perfect weather and great accommodations. The common areas are perfect for slowing down and enjoying a good book and a drink by the fire.Only complaint, $42 for breakfast buffet seems excessive to me.
