Posted 2 Mar 2024 on HotelsNo one in the reception for more than 40 minutes. Also there was an issue with the hot watter. The water was so bad. I was not ablemto wven wash my teeths.

I stay IBIS because I know what to expect. This was no exception.
The only reason I gave 3 stars for staff and service is because I was left waiting at the unattended front desk for check-in. That said I later noticed the front desk person doubling as dining room hostess and order taker! I felt sorry for her and think IBIS should spring for additional staff coverage.

Good location, great parking. The room was clean and comfortable. On-site restaurant had a good selection of on the menu and was good value.

A delightful modern hotel ideal for an overnight stay as it's located just off the Peage network.
Didn't get the time to look around, but Satnav found it instantly, which is what I wanted.

Interesting friendly hotel , with excellent Bistro in an easily accssible part of the town. Ideal for overnight stops. Will book again soon!
