"We came in at 1105 and that lady in the front desk was not so friendly.. i asked if we can do early check in since we came in from another state and she said we have to pay $50… so we decided not to do it coz we booked 2 rooms and we have to pay $100 then she said come back at 1200 without any empathy/ or sympathy not even smiling with us so we decided to go to the mall first and check in at 3pm thank goodness the one who assisted us is not her… the guy was very helpful and very nice"
