"Big, clean hotel with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly but spoke limited English. Good selection for breakfast, but limited places to get a meal locally, and nothing available if you arrive late to check-in! 15 mins walk from Futuroscope (which is very much aimed at the French market). "

"Clean and functional hotel for an overnight stop on our way down to South of Spain. The room was a good size. Bathroom was clean and functional. Good water pressure in the shower. Friendly staff. Great price for an overnight stop- we were happy."

"The room was warm unfortunately there was no hot water. Being January the restaurant was closed so even for a warm drink and food we had to go out in below freezing temperatures. The bed was very clean. No food or drink allowed in the rooms. "

"Lovely setting, very nice staff and nice hotel. Meal was very good, but disappointed that our 90euro per person meal did not have a fish course and a meat course, especially as the lobster half was very small. Also confit tomatoes did not go with the raspberry sorbet, not a good idea. But the sorbet was delicious "

"The chalet accommodation is ideal for us and our two small dogs as we do not disturb the hotel guests if the dogs want an early morning toilet. The food in the restaurant was very nice but an “over the top” bar tender added farce to a lovely evening. We have stayed in the chalets for the last two years but no maintenance work has been done on faulty door handles and toilet flushes."

"A total mistake on my part making a booking at this hotel. It's inadequate in every way possible, no proper en suite, awful towels, etc. etc. I do not understand how a family could cope in these so called family rooms. Unfortunately I did not realise it is trying to be a theme type experience, rather than being a 'proper" hotel. We arrived at 5 pm and there was no parking available. The reception, corridor flooring etc. is as scruffy as you can get. I hope this helps to dissuade you from booking...

"This is a budget hotel so don't expect fancy thrills. We were pleasently surprised. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. There many restaurants close by to choose from, within walking or driving distance. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again if we were in the area."

"This was a one night stop over and so we didn’t expect much. Room was OK, breakfast also OK. Lack of how water in the room was a definite issue, we didn’t find out about this until our morning showers by which time it was too late to do anything. "
