The room initially had an unpleasant odor (like gym socks). Once all the windows were opened and with use of sprays the room became more tolerable.

Without notice staff entered our suite. We knew because we heard staff in the hall mention our room. I asked them what was going on and they said they were replacing pullout mattresses. I went and told the desk that I didn’t want staff to go in. Our items were all over the suite. Her blunt response was “not an option”. I said it was intrusive and repeated no one should enter. She half laughed and said “Not a choice”. I repeated my issue to the manager at checkout. She said that she had been off but that we “should have got a notice” and there “should have been a sign on the desk”. She looked around the desk and could not find one. She offered a half apology and said she was going to be talking to her staff.
