We had construction directly outside of our window. We thought it would be over on Friday- but the banging on our window continued. In fact it started at 10am

The hotel room was extremely dirty and the thermostat did not work properly, plus the fan (used for both heating and cooling was very loud). At first I was given one room, the door/room key in that room was not working, and the second room I was given had not been cleaned properly.

The shower truly needs a shelf for our toiletries and a grab bar. No matter what age you are if you go down, there’s nothing to grab onto.

This is a 3-star hotel. It smells like cigarettes, doesn't offer the amenities of a 4-star hotel, the staff at the front desk was not kind or helpful. Major disappointment for the hefty price tag. Courtyard by Marriott is far nicer.
