This was the worst night I have ever experienced. Biggest problem toilet clogged every time flushed. Coffee pot did not function. Bed was absolutely torture. Tried to work out with staff to resolve they wouldn’t even switch my room. Staff was the most rude anyone has ever been to me. Had to find new hotel after one night. DO NOT STAY HERE

The only thing I wish was different at hotels was more firm pillows but that’s a small thing to even worry about
