The elevitor is brokern. I need to bring my big suitcase to the 3rd floor. The hair dryer is broken in my room. The wifi is not good.

Convenient location and was quiet. Rooms were clean. Breakfast food and coffee weren’t always ready or replenished to accommodate the guests. WiFi was not working my second day/night.

My front desk attends to the breakfast as well as the front, so they are doing the best they can to ensure our valued guests are fed and attened at the front desk. Staff repeatedly lied to us about not being able to change our room due to a broken tv. Lied saying the technician was on the way and that all guests had checked in on Friday afternoon. The room was by the elevator, breakfast items consistently out or low.. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Laura,Thank you for your feedback. I was disappointed to have learned of the less than perfect experience you had with us. If my staff advised someone would be fixing the TV I do apologize as all of y staff knows that it is a bad batch of TV's sent to us by the manufacture and they are in the process of making it right. The front desk team as correct is saying there were no rooms to move guests to as they were all accounted for. I was there Friday and Saturday evenings and I did hear my team multiple times welcome guests to the lobby to view the 2 60 inch TV's there. Im sorry you had a bad experience we do hope you will provide us with another opportuinty. Thank you again!
