I found a cockroach in the kitchen, which was not amusing. Only one of the burners on the stove worked - the small one. I stayed for 3 days, and nobody cleaned my room or took out the trash. Which I guess, if you think about it, explains the cockroaches. It is a beautiful property, but I think the maintenance has slipped.

As advertised, we do not offer light touch/stayover services on the weekends our offerings are only for Monday to Friday, however you may request this if needed. It is unfortunate you experience a bug in the room which was likely not due to cleanliness. However, we continuously work with our pest control vendor to ensure this situation is isolated and do not repeat again. We hope you allow us to serve you again in the future. I enjoyed the coziness. I just didn’t like that I didn’t get the room that I booked. I booked (& prepaid) a one bedroom suite with a walk in shower and was given a studio. The concierge told me that the room i booked was handicapped and that the studio suite is equivalent to that. I would’ve preferred to have been told that ahead of time.

When it comes to handicap rooms, we want those to be available for guest that need it the most. Although you room was open concept, you received the same accommodations as the handicap of course has some differences in space, but again these are kept for guests that need a handicap room which is out priority to have to provide for them. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again.

Friendly and experienced staff.
Clean spacious room.
We like the well maintained courtyard.
Very good breakfast.
Restaurants all around in 5 minutes.

We got a suite with kitchen and dining table. The room was very clean and comfortable! We walked 5 minutes to restaurants and bars. Great price!

Comfortable and well appointed suites. I didn’t use the full sized kitchen, but it would be great for longer stays.

Power outage not properties fault and when power finally came back on fire dept had to come somone left burner on stive on and whole place stunk
