For sure a middle of the road kind of property. We chose it because of the very short walk to the Spectrum Center. Room was clean, but fridge was broken and the AC unit was leaking and the parapet near it was wet. We could’ve changed rooms, but it was late and we were exhausted. Had very few towels (remedied that’s by a quick trip to the front desk). Breakfast was decent. Parking was easy. Noise from the train can be loud (suggest a noise machine if you’re a light sleeper).

The accommodations are clean and modern, and the breakfast offered is good.

Front desk and valet personnel were rude. Treated guests as an inconvenience and gave terrible customer service. Valet acted ugly because we did not use their services. Not a friendly place to stay at all.
