Never stayed in a hotel that did not have a smart TV, need to definitely upgrade

The side door to the hotel wasn’t locked that was my first red flag. I stayed on the first floor due to my dog the people beside me where very noisy ( I checked in around 11pm on a Thursday) the room was slightly cleaned the remote was disgusting I don’t think it has even been cleaned. The staff was very nice and understanding when I wanted to check out and get my money back

A great stay! Everything was clean and Staff were very helpful, cheerful and friendly. Will definitely return to this hotel.
