Clean, reasonably priced, fair breakfast, efficient staff.
The mattress needs to be replaced. A bedside table on the left side of the bed would be nice to have.

Bare-bones hotel. Continental breakfast was lacking. Simply toast/bagels/cereal/oatmeal packets and coffee/tea with powdered cream. Also the bases of the beds sound like they are on tin cans and emit a metallic sound every time you roll over. But, it worked for what we needed.

Room smelled like cigarettes because of the smoking area below it. There was a person that just smoked cigarettes outside their door non-stop for 3 days. Wafted right into the room. Killed a few silverfish. Couldn’t get a receipt - they told me Expedia would give me a receipt, Expedia told me Red Roof Inn would give me a receipt. Still no receipt.

I literally watched her lie to another guest

Excellent value if you just want a place to sleep. Get a room on the top floor. Noisy on street level. No extra amenities.
