Pros: I liked the thermostat being placed on the wall. However, I don't think I was able to set the precise temperature, nor was I able to see the exact temperature. I was also glad they included a lounge couch. Cons: I think the clerk could have been a little more courteous. But he did get a little more respectful at the last minute for some reason. Tbh, he looked similar to the clerk that checked me in back in April 2020, who was rude. However, this clerk said he was only there for a few years when I asked. I asked because he looked and acted very similar. The mattress was no where near as soft as the average motel I've stayed in. If it were any harder, I would have thought I was sleeping on the boxspring. None of the lampstands had USB ports. Plus the clock was about 10 or 15 minutes slow, which could have caused me to miss check-out by 10 or 15 minutes, if I waited until the last minute to check out, like I usually do. I was in room 118. Right across the hall were these double doors, that were open. I smelled bad mop water coming from there. And we know what bad and dirty mop water smells like. Worst of all, the lack of sleep I got. I constantly heard motel doors slamming through the night. I only got two hours of strait sleep. Some of it could have been because I was right next to the exit. There was a little too much maintenance crew parked near my parking spaces, and near the entrance. Better, if they were security instead.

Really good and cheap place to stay but the bed is not the best.

Check in was quick and efficient. Guy that checked us in, greeted with a smile and very friendly and helpful. The guy that worked the late evening, possibly night shift on the 22nd ( our 2nd night stay) was rude and completely unhelpful. I guess I interrupted his playtime on his phone with a simple question about possibly extending our stay a couple more nights. He said, their policy is only a 3 night maximum stay. He said it was on the policy printed and placed on desk yet I read the whole entire paper while standing there with him and it never said anything about minimum or maximum nights allowed. He rudely went on to say "without me even asking" people even book rooms through third party's for 5 nights and we don't let them stay but 3 either. I have worked all areas in the hotel industry, under different programs and never heard of a maximum of 3 night stay. I would never speak to a guest the way he spoke to me, even when guest would be extremely rude to me. The way he spoke to me was uncalled for. I wasn't rude to him at anytime, I just asked a simple question and he lashed out on me. The room was extremely clean and very spacious!! It is indoor corridor and the locks on the entrance/ exit doors worked efficiently, so I felt safe. The night shift desk attendant is the only complaint I have. I guess the less guest they have the more time he has to play on his phone
