Good day,
I’m very dismayed and disappointed that the hotel is currently holding US$100.00 and hasn’t released my funds back onto my card. I’m requesting for my funds to be returned asap. I’ve heard of hotels keeping a card on file in the event it’s needed but this lady held my funds and told me it’ll be returned to my card the following day. It’s been an entire week and my funds is still on hold. They held more money than what I paid for the room. I’m very disappointed and wish this matter to be resolved asap.
