Very dirty and not well cleaned over all would not book again.

It was like a really cheap motel not really a hotel. Homeless people in the area and drug addicts. Definitely not safe for children

The place had roaches but when I bought it to their attention they immediately moved mw ro another room.

They cancelled my booking and kept my money because I didn’t show by 6pm…3 minutes after I booked it online. If I had to show up by 6pm why was I allowed to book it for the same night? I arrived at 950pm. They marked it in their system as a no show. I am protesting Quality Inn and won’t starting at one again due to how they treat guests. The outside was very dark and people were standing around participating in illegal activities and arguing. It may be cheap but it’s not worth it if you are concerned with safety.

This facility should not be operating. Door is faulty, no deadbolt. Electrical outlets do not work. Breakfast area is roped off with construction debris. Room stinks of masking spray - like somone was smoking. Foyer entrance is blocked by rolls of carpeting. Disgusting.
