Great location! We had a beautiful room with a view of downtown 10/10 recommend. Multiple food options on property and amazing staff and valet.

Stayed here for the Chiefs and Panthers game. It was so easy to walk to the game from there. Also, they stored our luggage while we went to the game. Very friendly staff. The pillows and bed very comfy.

The hotel was great. Friendly staff and very clean. The area around was nice with food and drink options. We were disappointed that no shops were open at the shopping mall though.

My only complaint was that when I got my bill, they had charged me $48 per day for valet parking. I thought this was excessive!!!!

This was a birthday present to my sisters, but they were not permitted to enter the room ahead of my arrival. There was no soap other than in the shower, there was no coffee in the room. There was no private room for business available on the property. There was a loud electrical humming noise in the room that was distracting. For this price none of this was great. There was free wifi which was a plus.

I'm incredibly sorry about the inconveniences that you experienced during the stay with us. Due to safety purposes, and fraud prevention, we take security extremely serious at our hotel, so we are unable to give the keys to anyone that isn't the primary guest unless certain other requirements are met. We do have a wonderful balcony that is overlooking the lobby that can provide you a workplace environment, or multiple meeting spaces that could be rented. We hope to have you again in the future and thank you for staying with us!

Stayed for the marathon. This was close to finish and start line, walkable to everything I needed and shopping/great restaurants. Very nice hotel and rooms. Staff were super helpful and responsive. Website didn’t make it clear, but freak out - there are no coffee makers in room unless you request one. They will bring it right up (:
