It was close to Southpark Mall. Perfect for a Cheesecake Factory Birthday Surprise Weekend. Parking wasn't great but it wasn't a terrible walk from the garage. Wish they would've mention the incidental fee when we booked the multiple rooms.

Hotel could definitely benefit with some updates. Furniture, decor and walls were definitely well worn, kitchen items were sparse, ice machines didn’t work, etc. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was a nice touch. Cleanliness was decent but could have been better. I wouldn’t stay again.

Stay away!!!
I would not visit this hotel again in my life. Service was poor, I’ve seen motels have better service than what was provided here. The room was in terrible condition, fans weren’t working, ceiling vents almost falling out (safety concern?), blinds wouldn’t shut. Even during check-in, the man was sitting with I’m going to assume friends in the lobby while we were at the counter, he checked us in with barely a word and I’ve never had this happen ever but didn’t even tell us the room we had. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this hotel as you can.

Great hotel for business trip.

This property is close to shopping, however limited good restaurant choices, next to a gas station where people were asking for money. The first room we had was just gross, smelled and wasn't clean at all. The second room was a little better but the whole floor smelled like tacos for 2 days. Continental breakfast was just gross. Bar food was done at 1030. At check in the guy behind the counter kept taking photos of my information on the computer screen. Very strange since Im a woman traveling with my teenage daughter....

Comfortable and safe stay, but a few issues.
Just had a one night stay for a work related event. Location was very convenient in the Southpark area. The room was incredibly spacious for the cost and the staff were polite. However, the room had a slightly musty smell and the containers of shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap were all nearly empty (an annoying thing to discover once I was already in the shower!). Needed a bit more attention to detail but nothing terrible. Would stay there again if the most budget friendly option, but would likely choose another spot if the prices were equivalent.

Reserved a room for myself, spouse and 4 children. Only had 3 towels in the bathroom and we had to ask for more. When we attempted to make the pull out sofa no bedding in the suite we had to go and ask again for the bedding. Also saw roaches in the kitchen area.
