minor upgrade issues needed to be done as far as the bedding and bugs, and noise complaints. Hotel isn’t bad love the area.

I was highly disappointed with my stay. The room I was in had mold all over the bathroom. The paint was chipping revealing where they painted over mold spots. The door was extremely damaged. The tub was dirty around the drain. If my budget was not limited and I had not paid the deposit prior to getting the room I would have left. The room also smelled of mold and smoke.

Location is very accessible to highway I85 and Concord Mills Parkway. Lots of places to eat. Front desk clerk very nice. ….. The lobby floor was filthy. The carpets on the hallway appear that had not been cleaned for a week. Elevator floor and walls dirty and all marked up with scratches. Lots of noise on the hallway. Garbage bags outside rooms. Room kitchen counter with broken pieces. Inside of microwave dirty. walls around bathroom fixtures were patched up instead of fixed properly. Paint drops on floors and bathroom safety bars. The place felt like a low income apartment project. Ran down. Room had no ironing board nor iron. When I asked for one. the front desk gave me a broken iron that leaked water.

Staff was very aggravated when had to contact at night because key card didn’t work. Mold on the window sill in room. Will not go back.
